This website is operated by AI Installer, referred to below as “we”, “us”, or “the operator”. Legal entity details, including the registered company name and address, will be added to this policy before commercial launch.

The site is a static marketing website that describes our AI implementation services. It is deliberately minimal in what it collects: there is one contact form, no analytics, and no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies set by the site. This policy explains what information passes through the site, why, and what happens to it.

The only place this site collects information from you directly is the contact form. If you submit it, we receive:

• Your full name
• Your work email address
• Your company name
• Optionally: your company website, your role, and your company size
• The area you are interested in, chosen from a fixed list
• Optionally: the systems your company currently uses
• A description of the process you want to improve, and an optional message

Nothing on the site requires an account, a password, or payment information, and the site never asks for any of these. If you do not submit the form, you do not send us any information through this site.

We use contact form submissions for one purpose: responding to your inquiry. That includes replying to you, preparing for a call you request, and scoping the work you describe. We do not sell submission data, use it for advertising, or add you to marketing lists you did not ask for.

Technically, a submission is delivered in one of two ways, depending on how the operator has configured the site: as an email sent through Resend, an email delivery provider, or as a message to a private webhook endpoint configured by the operator (for example, an internal notification tool). In either case the submission travels to the operator; the site itself does not maintain a database of submissions.

To protect the contact form from abuse, the server keeps a best-effort rate limiter that briefly holds client IP addresses in server memory. This information is not written to disk, is not stored in a database, and is discarded automatically — including whenever the server process restarts.

Beyond that, serving any website involves processing standard web request data (such as IP addresses and requested URLs) by the infrastructure that delivers the pages, as is the case for essentially every site on the internet.

This site is built to avoid tracking you:

• No analytics — no analytics or measurement scripts are installed on the site.
• No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies — the site does not set them.
• Self-hosted fonts — fonts are served with the site itself, so your browser makes no runtime requests to third-party font services.

A small number of third parties can be involved when you use the site:

• Spline (prod.spline.design) — the interactive 3D scene on the homepage is loaded from this third-party host. When the scene loads, your browser requests it directly from that host, which receives standard request data such as your IP address, under that provider’s own privacy practices.
• Scheduling provider — “book a call” buttons may link to an external scheduling service. Anything you enter there is governed by that provider’s own terms and privacy policy, not this one.
• Email delivery or webhook — as described in section 3, contact submissions are delivered through Resend or a webhook endpoint configured by the operator.

We link to third-party sites and services for your convenience; their handling of your data is described in their own policies.

Because the site does not store submissions itself, retention applies to where a submission lands: the operator’s email inbox or the connected tool that receives the webhook. We keep inquiries for as long as needed to handle the conversation they started and for reasonable business record-keeping, after which they can be deleted on request or in the normal course of housekeeping.

Rate limiter data (IP addresses) is held only briefly in server memory, as described in section 4, and is never retained long-term.

Depending on where you live, you may have statutory rights over personal data that concerns you — such as the right to request access to it, correct it, or have it deleted. If you would like us to correct or delete an inquiry you submitted, contact us using the contact form and we will act on applicable requests.

The jurisdiction-specific details of how those rights apply will be set out here once the operating legal entity and its jurisdiction are added to this policy, before commercial launch.

This site describes business services and is directed at companies and the people who work in them. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children through it.

We may update this policy as the site or our services change — in particular, it will be revised and completed with legal entity details before commercial launch. The “Last updated” date at the top of the page reflects the most recent version. Material changes will be reflected on this page rather than communicated through channels you have not shared with us.
