What we install into your business

Nine solution areas, organized around the problems companies actually have — slow handoffs, missed calls, lost knowledge — rather than technology categories. Every installation connects to the software you already run and keeps people in control of the decisions that matter.

Solutions 01–05

Five areas with a full page of their own

Each of these has a dedicated page covering the installation in depth — what gets built, where people stay involved, and what an implementation can look like.

Solution 01

AI Workflow Automation

Orders, inquiries, and documents arrive in one system and get re-typed into another. Every manual hop adds delay, and every delay adds errors.

We install systems that read incoming information, extract and structure the relevant data, update your tools, and route each item to the right person. Rules your team defines decide what runs automatically and what waits for sign-off, and unusual cases escalate to an employee with full context — the system does the routine, people keep the judgment.

  • Reading and classifying incoming email, forms, and documents
  • Extracting structured data from unstructured messages
  • Updating records across connected systems
  • Routing work and escalating exceptions to people
  • Logging every action so it can be reviewed

Connects to

Email, CRM and ERP platforms, databases, spreadsheets, and internal software.

Solution 02

AI Sales & Follow-Up

Inquiries sit in inboxes while competitors answer first, and promising conversations go cold because follow-up depends on someone remembering.

We install systems that acknowledge new leads immediately, qualify them against criteria your sales team defines, and keep follow-up moving until a person takes over. The CRM stays current without manual entry, and each conversation is summarized before a rep picks up the phone. Salespeople still run every negotiation and close every deal — the installation handles the routine around them.

  • Immediate acknowledgment of new inquiries
  • Lead qualification against your own criteria
  • Consistent follow-up sequences until handover
  • CRM updates without manual data entry
  • Context and preparation before every sales call

Connects to

CRM, email, website forms, calendars, and messaging channels.

Solution 03

AI Voice Agents

Calls arrive after hours, mid-job, or all at once. Each missed call is a customer who may simply ring the next company on the list.

We install voice agents that answer inbound calls, disclose that they are automated assistants, handle common questions, collect caller details, and book appointments against your team's real availability. Complex or sensitive conversations transfer to a person with the context already gathered, and a structured summary lands in your systems after each call.

  • Answering inbound calls with clear automated disclosure
  • Consistent answers to common questions
  • Caller detail collection and qualification
  • Appointment booking against real availability
  • Warm transfer to your team with context

Connects to

Telephony, calendars, CRM, and messaging tools.

Solution 04

Internal AI Assistants

The company's knowledge exists — procedures, policies, product details — but finding it depends on knowing which folder to open or which colleague to interrupt.

We install assistants grounded exclusively in sources your company approves, so answers come from your documentation rather than the open internet, each with a citation to the document it came from. Access rules are respected per role, and when the answer is not in the approved material, the assistant says so and routes the question to the right person instead of guessing.

  • Answers grounded only in approved company sources
  • A citation on every answer, so it can be checked
  • Role-based access to sensitive material
  • Escalation to a person when the answer is missing
  • Available inside the tools employees already use

Connects to

Document stores, knowledge bases, intranets, and the chat tools your team already uses.

Solution 05

AI Customer Support

Support teams type the same answers every day, while the genuinely difficult cases wait in the same queue as the routine ones.

We install support systems that categorize and prioritize incoming requests, resolve common questions from your approved help content, and draft suggested replies for everything else. Agents review, edit, and send whatever needs judgment — complaints, refunds, and sensitive topics route straight to people — and every conversation is summarized and logged without extra typing.

  • Categorizing and prioritizing incoming requests
  • Answering common questions from approved content
  • Drafted replies for agents to review and send
  • Immediate routing of sensitive cases to people
  • Summaries and clean records of every conversation

Connects to

Support platforms, email, messaging channels, and the systems holding order and customer history.

Reporting & Document Automation

Recurring reports are rebuilt by hand from the same scattered sources, proposals start from a blank page, and meeting outcomes never make it into writing.

We install systems that collect data from your connected tools on a schedule, consolidate it, and draft the recurring documents your company already produces — management reports, sales summaries, meeting notes, proposal first drafts, and processed forms. Output follows your formats and your terminology, not a generic template.

People stay in charge of what leaves the building: the system is designed so a named owner reviews each draft before it is distributed, and documents that involve judgment — pricing, commitments, anything customer-facing — are finished by a human.

Connects to

CRM, accounting software, databases, spreadsheets, dashboards, cloud storage, email, and calendars.

  • Recurring management and sales reports
  • Meeting summaries with action points
  • Proposal and quote first drafts
  • Intake and processing of forms and standard documents
  • Summaries of long documents prepared for human review

Illustrative workflow

One possible implementation — each real installation is designed around your data, formats, and approval rules.

  1. Data is collected on a schedule

    System

Sales activity, support volumes, and operational records from the connected systems.

  2. The numbers are consolidated and compared

    AI

Against previous periods and thresholds your team defines.

  3. A draft report is written in your format

    AI

Structured figures plus a short written summary of what changed and why it matters.

  4. Anomalies are flagged for attention

    AI

Unusual movements are highlighted up front, not buried in an appendix.

  5. The owner reviews and edits the draft

    Human

A named person signs off before anything is shared.

  6. The report is distributed and archived

    System

Same place, same format, every cycle.

Custom AI Systems & Integrations

Some processes are too specific for packaged software — they cross several systems, follow rules only your team knows, and break the moment a generic tool is forced onto them.

We design and build AI systems around your exact workflow — your logic, your approval rules, your data — and connect them to the software you already run through the interfaces those systems provide. Existing tools stay in place: the installation works across them instead of replacing them.

Custom does not mean autonomous. Every system we build has defined boundaries: what it may do on its own, what it drafts for approval, and what it must hand to a person. Each build also follows the security, access, and approval requirements defined for that specific implementation.

The right scope for a custom build usually comes out of an AI Opportunity Audit, where we map the workflow and the systems involved before anything is built.

The kinds of systems we can connect

  • CRM platforms
  • ERP systems
  • Email
  • Calendars
  • Telephony
  • Messaging tools
  • Support platforms
  • Databases
  • Cloud storage
  • Dashboards & BI
  • Accounting software
  • Project management
  • Existing APIs
  • Custom & legacy software

We connect through the interfaces your systems provide. We are not an official partner or reseller of any vendor, and whether a specific tool can be integrated is confirmed during scoping.

Order intake for a distributor

One possible implementation
  1. Order document arrives by email
  2. AI extracts line items and terms
  3. Records are checked in the ERP
  4. A person clears the exceptions
  5. Order confirmed and logged

AI Training & Adoption

The most common way AI fails in a company is quietly: the system works, but nobody was trained, nobody trusts it, and within months everyone is back to the old way.

Training is part of every installation we deliver, and it is also available on its own for teams that already bought AI tools nobody has adopted. It is role-specific and built on your real workflows — not generic prompt tips.

Adoption is a human process, so humans stay at the center of it: sessions run with the people who will actually use and supervise the system, and guidelines live in the tools your team already works in rather than a binder nobody opens.

  • Role-based onboarding sessions
  • Plain-language system documentation
  • Usage and approval guidelines
  • Escalation procedures for when the system is wrong
Illustrative sequence — shaped to each installation
  1. 01

    Map who touches the system

Which roles use it daily, who approves its output, who supervises it, and who maintains it.

  2. 02

Train each role on real cases

Hands-on sessions using your actual workflows and your actual systems — not slideware.

  3. 03

    Hand over guidelines and documentation

What the system may do on its own, what needs approval, and what to do when it gets something wrong.

  4. 04

Keep a route open for questions

A named contact and a feedback channel while new habits form.

  5. 05

Review usage and close the gaps

Where people fall back to the old way, we find out why — and fix the system or the training.

AI Monitoring & Ongoing Optimization

AI systems degrade quietly. The business changes, volumes shift, edge cases accumulate — and a system nobody watches slowly becomes a system nobody trusts.

Every installation we deliver is monitored after launch, and we offer ongoing optimization beyond it: watching how the system performs on real work, fixing weak points, adjusting rules and prompts as your business changes, and proposing the next expansion once the current installation is stable.

Monitoring runs across the same systems the installation touches, with dashboards and alerts that surface what needs attention. Changes are never silent: adjustments that affect how work is handled are proposed, reviewed, and approved by the owner of the installation before they go live.

An optimization cycle

Illustrative — cadence agreed per installation
  • Performance is reviewed on real work

How the system handled actual volume: accuracy, escalations, and the exceptions it raised.

  • Drift and weak points are flagged

Where results slipped, and which new cases the system was never designed to handle.

  • Adjustments are proposed

Changes to rules, prompts, and integrations — with the reasoning written down.

  • The owner approves the changes

Nothing that affects how work is handled changes silently.

  • The next expansion is considered

Once the installation is stable, we propose what to connect or automate next.
