Data Deletion Instructions

Specify whether your request concerns a contact-form inquiry, portal account, Meta integration, knowledge source or WhatsApp conversation. Include your service email and business name; for a conversation include your WhatsApp number with country code and approximate date. Authorized administrators may provide a WABA ID if known. Request only deletion you are entitled or authorized to request.

Do not include passwords, one-time codes, API tokens, full payment-card details or identity-document images in your initial request. If verification is needed, we explain the minimum information and a suitable secure way to provide it.

We acknowledge the request and, where needed, verify identity, authority and scope. We locate relevant records and delete or anonymize them where the conditions are met. This may cover portal profiles, contacts, messages and transcripts, knowledge sources, settings, tokens and associated records.

For integration closure, we stop the corresponding processing and remove or revoke access within our control. Deleting a single conversation does not require closing the entire business account. We confirm the outcome and explain any information that cannot be deleted and your further rights.

If you communicate with a business using our platform, that business is generally the controller. Contact it directly or contact us for help directing the request to the appropriate controller.

An authorized administrator can find AI Instalater Messaging in Meta business settings or business integrations and remove its permissions. Labels vary by account and Meta interface; contact us if you need assistance.

Revocation prevents future access to the extent enforced by Meta but may not delete data already stored on our platform. Send a deletion request as well. You do not need to delete your Facebook account, Business Portfolio or WhatsApp number to submit a request.

We act without undue delay under applicable legal deadlines. For requests under Serbian data protection law, we provide information about action taken within 30 days. If the law permits an extension for complex or numerous requests, we explain the reasons and additional time within the prescribed deadline.

Some records may be retained with restricted use for accounting obligations, protection or legal claims. Backups follow their retention and protection cycles. We explain relevant exceptions and do not promise instantaneous deletion from every system.

We cannot independently erase other participants' device copies, records controlled by a business client, or information Meta and other providers must retain independently. We pass requests to providers where required and within our remit. You may complain to the Serbian Commissioner (poverenik.rs) or another competent authority.
